Ingredients

    Pre-cooked chicken, about 1 cup
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 yellow pepper, chopped
    1 orange pepper, chopped
    1 package Woodstock Organic Mixed Mushrooms (frozen)
    2 packages Seeds of Change Seven Whole Grains
    2 tsp Turmeric, ground
    2 tsp Coriander, ground
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Heat up olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat, and add the frozen mushrooms. While those are cooking, chop the peppers and add them to the skillet. Stir well, and add the turmeric and coriander. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are completely thawed and all the excess liquid has evaporated. Add the chicken and and grain blend, and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper, and serve!
