Ingredients

    0.75 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat) 3/4 cup.
    1/4 tsp Natural Sweetner, Natvia Brand, 3g (1 tsp) -1/4 tspn serving Pure Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tblspn Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g)

Tips

If you use coconut or almond milk you'll have to rework nutritional values but it can easily be done.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together starting with milk-in pouring jug or jar with tight kid to shake. Whisk all together, can be a bit lumpy. Mix till cacao is combined& all ingredients are well mixed.

Serving Size: Serves 2-4 depending on your appetite. I get 4 serves!
