Introduction

Recipe is for a 1-1.5 pound loaf.
Makes a slightly sweet and tangy wheat bread that is not overly dense

Ingredients

    1/2 cup apple juice (I used 100% juice)

    1/2 cup cranberry juice (I used unsweetened pure cranberry juice)

    1/2 cup warm water

    2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

    1 cup all purpose flour (enriched white)

    2 Tablespoons (1/8 cup) of white sugar

    1/4 oz yeast packet


Directions

allow juice to reach room temperature or warm to about room temperature or slightly over
Add warmed juices and warm water to pan
Add flours to pan
Add sugar to pan
Add yeast to pan

Bake on the whole wheat light setting

Makes 18 1 3/4 oz slices
