Ingredients

    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    3.0 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can
    5.0 tbsp Salad dressing, Trader Joes Balsamic Vinaigrette
    3.0 cup 365 Organic Quinoa
    40.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw

Directions

Rinse 1.5 cups quinoa well and add to pot with 3.5 cups water. Bring to boil then lower heat to simmer. Put lid on and set timer for 15 minutes. When done, remove lid, fluff the cooked quinoa and let cool. In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Season to taste. Serving Size: Makes 6 each 1 cup servings
