Ingredients

    8.050000000000001 oz Whole Wheat Penne (dry)
    5 serving Bob Evans - Original Pork Sausage Patties (2 pcs)
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 large Onions, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    30 cherry Red Ripe Tomatoes
    3 oz Romano Cheese
    3 tbsp Basil

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add sausage and vertically sliced onion. Cook 4 minutes stirring to crumble. Add minced garlic; cook 2 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes; cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat: stir in 1 tb. If grated cheese; add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and basil. 4 servings
