    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2.0 clove Garlic
    0.5 cup, mashed Zucchini
    1.5 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Ground Beef (lean)
    15.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    60.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    6.0 tsp French's Hearty Deli Brown Mustard
    0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    4.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Bake uncovered @ 374° for 40 - 45min or until the internal temperature is 165°
