Ingredients

    1 lb Raw Shrimp(or cooked)
    1 Cup Asparagus
    1/2 Onion, chopped
    1 Cup of Bell Peppers(any color)
    2 Garlic cloves, diced
    Salt/Pepper to taste
    Brown Rice( Enough for 4 servings)

Directions

Prepare brown rice according to package directions.
Add oil to pan/wok, add asparagus, onion, bell peppers, garlic, stir fry for 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp, soy sauce, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes or until shrimp are cooked. Serve over brown rice.
