Ingredients

    16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    8 serving Creole Seasoning
    1 tbsp garlic, minced in a jar, Great Value (by WESTGATE85)
    0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2 tbsp Parsley
    1.5 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice)
    1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

In a large saucepan heat water to boiling. Add rice and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for about 10 minutes until rice is soft and water is absorbed.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey, onions, pepper, garlic and parsley.
Add creole seasoning and stir.
once the meat is browned stir in the rice and continue cooking over medium heat for 2 minutes. make sure the rice is well mixed into the meat mixture.
