Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

16 oz Extra Lean Gound Beef 96% Lean (by SOLOUNPIE)
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
8 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER)
    .5 1tsp Coconut Oil
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
.5 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST)
0.5 tsp Ground Mustard (by PHOEBE06)
    .5 tsp Onion powder

Tips

Adding Garlic Salt gives it a little something extra.

Also, REMEMBER that Coconut flour drys the meet out quickly - if you use it in any recipe always double the eggs required.

Directions

in a large mixing bowl, crack eggs and scramble them. Add the ground beef and combine with eggs. Add Coconut oil and flour and mix well. Add other dry ingredients - salt, pepper, ground mustard and onion powder - mix well. Refrigerate for 30mins for best results. Preheat oven to 350F. Form meat into 3-4 large patties. Place patties on a baking sheet (lightly grease if you'd like, but the meat is fatty enough that the patties shouldn't stick). Place in oven for 25mins, or until cooked all the way through. You may then broil them for 2-3mins to give them a nice "crusty" look - if you'd like (I don't be i smoother them with gravy)

Serving Size: makes 4 patties
