Ingredients

    1lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
    6 Green Bell Peppers
    1.5c Minute Brown/White Rice
    2c Tomato Sauce
    2t French's Worchestershire Sauce
    1.75c Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Salt
    Pepper


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare rice according to package.
Cut tops off each pepper and clean out insides.
Brown beef with 1/4c diced onion and diced pepper tops, drain. Add Worcestershire, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Salt. Add Tomato Sauce, Rice, and 3/4c cheese. Stir until Combined.

Stuff peppers with beef mixture. Top off with remaining cheese.
Bake 30-45 minutes until heated through and cheese is nicely browned. Serve!
