Ingredients

    28.2 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS)
    10 serving Chi-chis Salsa mild-2 tbsp
    8 oz Cheese, Mozarella, Low Moist/Part Skim (Lucerne)
    2 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Oregano, ground

Tips

This recipe does not include the calories for the flour or corn tortilla


Directions

Shred chicken, about 3 cups, add 2/3 cup salsa, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and spices.

Stuff into corn or flour tortillas. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Lightly rub butter or margarine on the top and brown for another 5-10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes stuffing for 15 small burritos, approx 1/3 cp
