Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice
    20 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 cup Contadina Tomato Puree (by CSIENK)

Tips

Top with 2 T. cheddar and on top of Fritos if desired. (additional calories not calculated.)


Directions

Place all ground beef in bottom of slow cooker. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with diced onion, tomatoes, and beans, and stir together. Turn on slow cooker for 2 hours at High heat. Halfway through, stir up meat to break apart. After cooking, drain fat and extra juice so chili is chunky but not so greasy.
