Ingredients

    1 slice of whole wheat bread
    1 tsp brown mustard
    1 slice lean deli-style ham
    2 slices tomato
    1 slice skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Lightly toast the bread.
2. Spread mustard on one side of the bread.
3. Top with ham and tomato.
4. Broil 2 minutes.
5. Add cheese on top of tomato.
6. Broil until cheese melts and is beginning to brown.

Makes 1 open-faced sandwich.
