Introduction

This was an easy yummy way to use canned tuna and other ingredients I had on hand. This was an easy yummy way to use canned tuna and other ingredients I had on hand.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

2 medium cans Albacore Tuna in water, drained (The cans that have 2.5 servings are the size I used.)
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/2 medium red onion, diced
    1 egg
1 tbsp Miracle Whip Lite Dressing
    8 Fat Free Saltine Crackers
    cooking spray

Directions

Combine tuna, celery, onion, egg, dressing, and cruched crackers in a bowl and mix well.

Form into 10 small patties.

Heat pan to medium and spray with non-stick spray. Brown patties for about 5 minutes on each side. I could only fit 5 in a pan at a time so it took me about 20 minutes to cook the whole batch.

Serve with tartar sauce (not included in nutritionals).

Nutrition is for 1 patty. I ate 4, hubby ate 6 for dinner, but these would be great as appetizers too.

Just got done making these. Very good indeed. Didn't use the celery or the tartar sauce and still very tasty snack... - 9/18/08
