Introduction

Ingredients

3 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat)
3 cup Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
8 serving sour cream - Daisy Light (2 Tbsp)
    3 cup Bread stuffing, bread

Directions

Place chopped turkey (or chicken every other day of the year...) in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Add 8oz+ of sliced mushrooms over the turkey. Cover with two cans of light cream of mushroom soup (or one mushroom/one chicken). Top with 8 oz of sour cream (spread over). Top with stuffing (I guess you can do stove top - but tastes so much better with homemade).

Refrigerate (tastes best if you make it Thanksgiving night and refrigerate 24 hours).

Preheat oven to 350. Cook for 30 mins covered with foil. Remove foil and cook an additional 30 minutes.
