Introduction

Like mini quiches but without the bread. Great for low carb diets. Using a muffin tin line the muffin tin's One ham slice. Preheat your oven to 350°. Blend eggs 1 cup of cheese onions and milk in a bowl then measure out a fourth of a cup into each muffin Tin on top of the ham. Try to prevent the egg mixture from overflowing out of the ham into the cup it makes it really hard to pull the cups out after baking. bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven you now have a prepped breakfast for a week.     0.1 cup Fairlife whole milk
