Introduction

Ingredients

    1 (14.3 oz) package Oreos (~36 cookies)
    3 tbsp Butter
    4 (8 oz) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat)
    1.25 cups Splenda
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 large Eggs

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F and spray springform pan with Pam. 2. Crush half of Oreos (~18) into crumbs & add melted butter. 3. Press crust mixture into pan and set aside. 4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until well beaten. 5. Add eggs and beat until smooth. 6. Break ~12 Oreos into chunks & fold into cake mixture. 7. Pour cake mixture into pan. 8. Bump pan against table to eliminate air bubbles. 9. Break remaining Oreos (~6) and add on top of cake. 10. Bake at 350 F for 40-50 min (or until almost set). 11. Allow to completely cool on countertop, then chill overnight (at least 3 hours). Serving Size: Makes 12 slices
