Ingredients

16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 oz Hillshire Farm Deli Select Smoked Ham
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
1 tsp Rosemary, dried
1 tsp Thyme, ground
1 tsp Oregano, ground
4 leaves Basil
4 oz Cheese, Swiss, Reduced Fat, Alpine Lace
Directions
Pound the chicken breasts until about 1/2" thick.
Lay on 1 oz of smoked ham
Lay on 1 oz of swiss
Chop and sprinkle fresh basil on top
Roll those breasts up with the goodies inside
Use a toothpick to hold them together if you need to
Mix up egg wash using milk and egg
Mix up breadcrumbs and dried herbs
Roll in egg wash
Immediately roll in breadcrumb mixture
Place on Baking sheet sprayed with Pam to prevent sticking
Bake in 375 oven for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through
Allow to rest 5-7 mintues before serving.
