1.0 serving 2 Large Egg Whites Scrambled
2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
1.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.0 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp)
10.0 oz artisan french bread
Directions
Heat oil chop and fry 2 oz chicken breast, add mushroom sliced, onion, spinach. Season, add egg whites, add cheese. Push to one side of pan add 2-4 slice small artisan french bread to heat.
