Easy, quick pizza dough recipe. This is my go to thick crust and I LOVE it for calzones. Easy, quick pizza dough recipe. This is my go to thick crust and I LOVE it for calzones.

Ingredients

    2 cup Flour, white
    1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1.5 C warm water
    1 T yeast

Directions

Dissolve sugar in warm water in large bowl. Add oil and salt and sprinkle yeast on top. Wait until foamy. Add Both flours and any preferred seasoning and knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for 20+ minutes. Serving Size: 8 servings
