Ingredients

    .25 cup Milk, 1%
    .1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    0.5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    0.3 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 slice, thin (3-3/4" x 5" x 3/8") Bread, whole wheat (including toast) prepared from recipe

Directions

pre heat oven to 325

spray oven safe ramicon with cooking spray

cube the bread and put in ramicon

combine liquid egg, milk, half the cheese, a pinch of oregano and onion salt in a bowl. pour over the bread and let it rest for 5 min

then push the bread cubs down in the egg mixture to coat all the bread.

sprinkle with rest of cheese

cover and bake for 15 min, remove the cover and continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

cut in half andserve immediately.

Serving Size: split in half
