Introduction

Pork tenderloin Pork tenderloin
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Coriander seed
    1 tsp Thyme, ground
    1 tsp Salt
    20 oz Pork Tenderloin
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 clove Garlic

Directions

Mix all dry spices. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pat spices all over outside of pork tenderloin. In a large skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil and heat. Add minced garlic and cook for one minute. Put tenderloin in pan and sear each side, about ten minutes total. Transfer meat to roasting pan and bake for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
