Ingredients

    1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 fl oz Milk, 3.25%
    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Combine ingredients. Add to dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for 30 min or until firm at 350 degrees. Allow to cool prior to slicing.
