Introduction

Low carb, not low calorie due to the almond flour. which is just ground almonds. Low carb, not low calorie due to the almond flour. which is just ground almonds.

Ingredients

    6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    5 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
    9 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1.25 cup Boiling water (by SANDYJ59)
    1 tsp Salt
    .67 tbsp Cider Vinegar

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add vinegar and boiling water. Whisk in the eggwhites. Will be a play dough consistency.
Divide in to 6-8 rolls bake on low rack at 350 for 60 minutes.
You can add any herbs or spice to the dough.
