Ingredients

    2.25 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice (1 can)
    3.5 cup Del Monte Fruit Cocktail No Sugar Added (2 cans)
    280.0 gram(s) Kroger Lite Mandarin Oranges Peeled Segments in Mandarin Orange Juice (1 can)
    12.5 serving Cool Whip Lite (1/2 container)
    32.0 gram white chocolate sugar free pudding DRY (1 sm box)

Directions

Use a seive to drain the juice off of all 4 cans of fruit, placing all the fruit in a storage container. (This makes approx 2 cups of juice, you only need 1 cup of this juice for recipe.) Mix pudding mix into 1 cup of fruit juice (no milk!). Blend the half container of lite cool whip into pudding mixture. Stir juice-cool whip-pudding mixture into the fruit. Let it get good and cold in the fridge for a couple hours before serving. Enjoy! Guilt free!
