Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    0.5 tsp Oregano, ground
    12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.0 cup Salsa
    8.0 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Flour Tortillas
    0.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1.0 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Mix together everything except the margarine. Divide evenly between the tortillas. Fold, then brush with butter. Bake 225 minutes till golden brown. May be topped with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, cheese, etc. Serving Size: Makes 8 chimichangas

    Excellent, and lower in fat, as it's not fried. To reduce fat even further, you could use a low far cheese - 1/5/17
