Ingredients

    2.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    6.0 oz Beef, top sirloin
    1.0 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    0.5 cup Soy Sauce
    8.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
    2.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Cook beef by quick frying strips. Cook thoroughly. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon and vinegar in saucepan with 2 cups water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add beef and simmer for about 90 minutes. Stir fry vegetables in tbsp of canola oil. Add 1 chicken bouillon cube or packet for flavor if desired. And add any other vegetables. Serve with rice or noodles.
