Ingredients

    4.0 oz Tilapia filet
    0.5 serving Cabbage (1 cup, shredded)
    1.0 tbsp Trader Joe's Cilantro Salad Dressing
    1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals
    1.0 serving Mission Yellow Corn Tortilla
    0.5 tsp Onion powder
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Heat coconut oil in pan. Slice tilapia into 1" strips, season with garlic and onion powder, and fry until browned. Heat tortillas and layer cooked tilapia, cabbage, and cilantro dressing. Optional: Add guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and cotijo cheese.
