1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 cups skim milk
1 egg
1/2 cup molasses
1 apple - chopped
1 cup raisins
Directions
Mix all well, bake in large muffin tins (greased),
and bake 375ยบ F, for 15 minutes.
