Ingredients

    4.0 cup diced Potato, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6.0 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 1 Tbsp
    0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 tbsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    12.0 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated

Directions

Mix potatoes,onions, pepper,salt and flour together set aside. Melt butter in soup pot, then add potato mixture. Add just enough water to cover potatoes and bring to a boil. Slowly stir in evaporated milk, bring to a boil again and reduce to a simmer uncovered. Cook for approx 25-30 min stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender.
