    2.0 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    12.0 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1.0 tbsp Sesame Oil
    6.0 tsp Granulated Sugar

Directions

Slice cucumber paper thin drain water in small bowl mix rest of ingredient till sugar is desolved once desolved toss with the cucumbers
