Ingredients

340 gram Chicken Breast, boneless skinless home grilled,no sauce 3 4oz pieces of chicken) serve
4 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips) - 8 slices
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.5 cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free
1 tbsp Paprika
12 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tips
Great for a quick weeknight dinner. In total, takes 30 minutes from start to finish. I add asparagus to get my veggie intake :)
Directions
cook bacon in a pan until browned, remove leaving the grease behind, cook onion in the bacon grease, remove once soft. put the dijon mustard in a bowl, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook chicken (I remove most of the grease at this point) in the same pan as the onion and bacon about 3 minutes on each side. Add the chicken broth, bacon, and onion, and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes on med/low heat.
Serving Size: 1 piece of chicken
