Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cup Flour, white
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    6 tsp Granulated Sugar
    4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .5 tsp Salt
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .33 cup Half and Half Cream
    2 tsp Granulated Sugar

Directions

Mix dry ingredients except 2 tsp. sugar. Cut in butter. Reserve 1TBS egg white. Mix eggs and cream, add to flour and stir until flour is incorporated. Turn onto lightly flour board. Knead lightly, divide in two. Pat each to a six inch circle. Cut into quarters. Put on I greased baking sheet. Brush tops with reserved egg white. Sprinkle withreserved sugar. Bake 15 minutes 400 degrees F. Serve warm.
