    1 Bag Sea Kelp Noodles
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tbsp baking soda
    1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
    2 scallions

Directions

1 bag of Sea Tangle kelp noodles. Remove from bag and place noodles in bowl of warm water, just enough to cover noodles by an inch or two.

Use one tablespoon of lemon juice and 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda and add to water. The mixture will bubble up. Let kelp noodles sit for 10 minutes. Rinse and drain. Place in a clean bowl.

Add 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame seed oil to the noodles and toss well. Add 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced scallions or stir fry veggies and Voila!
