Ingredients

330 gram Little yellow fleshed potatoe 5 (by DSKARUPA)
.5 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
.5 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Butter, salted

Tips

add a little more broth or milk if potatoes are too dense. These buttery flavored potatoes don't need as much butter as idaho or red potatoes. Wash thoroughly and keep the skins for extra nutrients and fiber!

Directions

Peal six small yellow potatoes (less than 5 inches in length) and quarter, add to boiling water (enough water to cover potatoes well) and boil for 15-20 minutes until done (test with fork for tenderness) add salt and pepper to water before adding potatoes.
When tender, drain potatoes, mash with potato masher first adding butter, then adding chicken broth and milk.
