Ingredients

    1.0 cup Campbell's Tomato Soup
1.0 cup Great Value Lactose Free Fat Free Milk
    3.0 oz VitaSoy Soft Tofu

Directions

Combine the condensed soup with milk, following the directions on the can. You can use water if you'd like, but using milk will give you the needed protein for your post-op diet needs. Once the soup is heated to your liking, combine with the tofu using a regular blender or an immersion blender if you have one. Blend until smooth. Add seasoning if desired. I season with garlic salt, and pepper. Enjoy! Serving Size: Makes about 3 1-cup servings
