Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1 1/2 lb Ground beef lean
    8 oz Italian sausage mild or hot, bulk or remove casings
    1 cup Bread crumbs
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 can (8 oz) Tomato sauce
    1 cup Onion finely chopped
    1/2 cup Green pepper chopped
    1 jar 26 oz Spaghetti Sauce
    Mozzerella cheese to taste
    8 buns

Directions

Beat egg lightly in large bowl. Add beef, sausage, bread crumbs, cup tomato sauce, onion and bell pepper: mix well.

Form into one inch meat balls and place in 9 x 13 in baking pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. I drain them on paper towels to reduce the fat content and add to heated spaghetti sauce. Serve hot on your choice of buns with mozzerella cheese.
