Ingredients

    15 grams Flour, whole grain
    15 grams Wheat bran, crude
    2 serving Egg white, large
    1 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    3 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
    1 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3)
    0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 serving Stevia in the Raw
    50 ml water0.5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar

Directions

Mix wheat bran and flour. Mix psyllium and cocoa. Dissolve yeast in 2 tbsp of lukewarm water and add sugar. Allow to sit for 20 min until foamy Add flour mixture. Cover and let sit for 30 min. Mix egg whites and yogurt. Add stevia and vanilla . Add it in the mixture of flours and yeast. Boil water. Add the psyllium and cocoa in the mixture and pour the boiling water. Mix VERY FAST and very well. Allow to sit for 30 min. Microwave for 4 min
