Ingredients

    1 tsp stevia
    1/4 c. almond flour
    6 egg yolks
    1 tbsps butter
    2 cups nonfat milk
    3/4 cup flake sweetened coconut
    2 tbsps vanilla extract
    1 tbsp imitation vanilla extract
    salt to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients well. Pour in 1 pie plate. It makes it's own crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
