Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz Veal, ground
    8 oz Ground Pork
    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 cup parmasean cheese (by PIXY1031)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)

Tips

I didn't include a topping sauce because you can take a number of directions. The Parmesan cheese gives it an Italian flavor so marinara sauce could be good. Also Pizza sauce could be good.


Directions

Saute onions in the butter until translucent. About 10 minutes
Combine meat, onions, cheese and milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to your liking.
Form a loaf and put in a meatloaf pan.
Cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
Top with your favorite sauce during last 20 minutes.
