    *Flour, white, .2 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .dash

Directions

whisk butter and flour in a saucepan over low heat until it forms a kind of paste. whisk in milk. allow to thicken while whisking over low heat. add cheese and spices, whisk until desired consistency. can be used in creamed spinach, over pasta, in lasagna, etc.
