Ingredients

    1. cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    9 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
    3 serving Plum Tomato, Fresh, Raw, Large (5oz) (by DIANERA)
    2 tbsp Filippo Berio Olive oil (for sauteing & grilling
    0.5 serving Sargento reduced fat 4 Cheese Italian Blend
    8 oz Brilla whole grain thin spaghetti
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    4 serving Shrimp Cooked Oyster Bay 41-50 (8 pieces)

Tips

You can exchange shrimp for chicken or other protein.


Directions

1: chop vegetables into stripes, chop tomatoes into bite size cubes. 2: Heat olive oil and saute vegetables "Al Dente" Add garlic or garlic powder and pepper to your liking, I like to add some hot red pepper flakes.
3: Boil 4 quarts water,
4: add spaghetti and cook 7 mins.
5: drain
8, add Vegetables and toss.
9: spinkle Italian blend cheese on top.
