Ingredients

    3 large Egg Yolk
    3 serving Egg white, large
    .125 tsp Salt
    .125 tsp Cream of tartar
    3 oz Cream Cheese

Directions

preheat oven to 300 degrees. separate yolks and whites. add cream of tartar to whites and beat until stiff peaks form. add cream cheese and salt to yolks and beat until well blended. gently fold yolk mixture into whites. spoon onto parchment lined sheet sprayed lightly with cooking spray. bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
