4 cups vegetable broth
3 cups kale - chopped
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup leeks
1 cup chopped celery
0.5 cup green onion (6 green onions)
0.25 cup red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sea salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
Directions
Brown meat and place inside slow cooker.
Add all other ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
