Introduction

I created this recipie for my husband who was missing hinze daked beans from the UK. I think pinto is the traditional one but you can use any dried bean. Ingredients

    2.0 cup Beans, great northern
    3.0 tbsp Lea&perrins Worcestershire sauce
    6.0 oz Tomato paste,Hunts
    1.0 large Onions, raw
    3.0 tbsp Molasses
    3.0 clove Garlic
    3.0 tsp Italian seasoning, Tone''s
    5.0 cup chicken broth, Members Mark
    2.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    2.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Add oil to cooker heat till shimmers. Add onion to pan sweat for 3-5 min till translucent. Add dried spices and garlic, stir till fragrant. Add remaining ingreadiance. Stir to combine, lock down lid and pressure cook 40 minutes. * note I just rinse and pick my dry beans
