Ingredients

    2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.0 lb Beef, round steak

Directions

Sear beef seasoned to tase, place in crockpot on high for 6 hours. Shred and season more to taste with seasoned salt, cumin, chili powder. Sautee onions and peppers on high. Slightly blackened. Season like beef. Serve with diced tomato, cheese, salsa, and/or sour cream to taste. Serving Size: 10
