Introduction
My version of General Tso's chicken. Large serving that could serve 2 people. My version of General Tso's chicken. Large serving that could serve 2 people.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

6 tbsp of Mikee's General Tso's sauce
2 Tyson Fresh boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts (12 oz left after cooked)
1 cup uncooked Black Rice, instant whole grain (2 cups cooked)
4 tbsp of crushed red peppers
Directions
1. Grill chicken on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side twice for a total of 20 minutes, remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes, then cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Cook rice per instructions on package in order to boil it, once cooked put rice on a 10 inch microwave safe plate evenly while still warm.
3. Place chicken on top of rice evenly.
4. Drizzle 6 tbsp of Mikee's General Tso's Sauce over chicken, coating all the chicken lightly.
5. Take 4 tbsp or however hot you want it and sprinkle them evenly over sauce that is now on the chicken.
6. Put it all in the microwave for 2 minutes on high to seal the sauce on the chicken.
7. Remove from microwave and enjoy! Serves 2 people or one hungry person(like me who eats this 5 or 6 times a week!)
