Introduction
You could use any type of fruit in this.I usually serve this when we have something simple like soup for dinner. You could use any type of fruit in this.

Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1 cup White Flour
1/2 cups Wholegrain Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Dates, chopped finely
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup Applesauce
1 small Egg
2 tsp Orange Peel, grated
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Non Fat Milk
Directions
Mix first five ingredients together in bowl.
Whisk all other ingredients together and mix into the dry ingredients. If too dry add a little water until it resembles a thick batter.
Pour into greased pudding bowl, cover and simmer/steam in a pot filled 1/2 way up with boiling water for @ 2 hours.
Serve with sugar free maple syrup and fat free yogurt.
NOTE: Check every so often to make sure water does not boil dry.
