Ingredients

9 tsp Granulated Sugar
9 tsp Kraft Minute Tapioca (by NUTMEGX3)
2 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 tsp Morton Table Salt (by LITTLELADY1996)
Directions
Grate chocolate for later.
Mix sugar, tapioca, salt and milk in a quart clear glass bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for five minutes. Remove from microwave, uncover and stir well.
Break egg into glass measuring cup and whisk well. Slowly add 1/2 cup of hot mixture into egg while whisking briskly to prevent the egg cooking. Slowly add the egg mixture into the hot mixture while whisking briskly. Return, uncovered to microwave, and cook on high for 1 minute.
Remove from microwave, whisk in vanilla extract and grated chocolate. Put plastic wrap on top of pudding to prevent skin from forming, place in frig to cool and eat OR whisk briskly til cool enough to eat but still warm. Yum!!!
Can leave out chocolate for vanilla pudding.
