Ingredients

    7.5 cup Great Value - Bowtie Pasta (by PIROLING)
    16 oz Turkey Sausage 93% lean (from lean ground turkey) (by VINCE001)
    1.75 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    1.75 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes - no salt added
    1 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, great value, 1 tsp/1 clove (by LINLU00)
    1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 and spray casserole dish with olive oil spray. Set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile add 2 tbsp olive oil to skillet and heat. Add ground turkey and onions. Cook until meat is done and onions are soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 more minutes.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes while pasta is cooking.
Drain pasta and add the meat sauce. Stir well. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is all melted.
